After reading the last book, I found out that the Munchkins are Asian, it makes me have to reimagine Elphie and Nessa. I sort of just start picturing the original actress and alter their features a little.

I loved Wicked the first time i read it about a year ago, and now that im reading it for the third time, i love it even more. and this is def. one of my favorite scenes, its right up there with the "oil my breasts" - "im not that stupidly male, elphaba" - "yes you are" scene.

I really like this....the expressions are priceless. I completely agreewith you about the book, I could never decide whether I loved it or not. But this bit is love, and Elphaba is an incredible character.

Besides Elphaba's little communtary between the "meeting" of Boq and Galinda (as she was known then), this is one of my favorite scenes.

I was just googling, "Galinda," For a picture to try a painting on, and then I see one of your scrap arts, and me, being the curious person I am, clicked your profile, and found heaven.
Harry Potter AND Wicked? Man. I almost fainted.
Anyway, I'm in the process of reading the book, and saving for the broadway. It's weird, because this was the scene I juuuust read last night, and it made me laugh. It wouldn've been funny if you did another one with Elphaba going, "Olive, Nessa?"

Hmm. Yup, you certainly captured that sense of the pretty, blond girl somehow being able to do no wrong, while Elphaba causes laughter and disgust by doing something that doesn't include giving Glinda a black eye. [cough] I love that.
I'm not sure the cloud behind them works, though. It highlights them, but... I dunno. I think it's the shape. [cocks his head, squeezes one eye shut and stares at said cloud] I think it reminds me of a bed's headrest. Um. I'm sorry if I sound rude...
Because, otherwise, it rocks. The font looks great, and it has a tangible sense of depth [and I think this has been one of my favourite Elphaba's thus far].

What I love is the quote later, when Glinda tries to work her magic on Ama Clutch and Elphaba says something like "I just hope you don't explode her like a sandwich" XD Very tactful.
