Seeing the pines cloacked in frost must have been an unforgetable experience. The fence in the middleground acts a wonderful role conjuncting the fore- and background and bringing the picture together. The photograph leads me there and I wish I was there, actually, beacuse of that ultimate beauty. Although 20 degrees below zero doesn`t sound so nice at all!

As soon as I saw this shot I actually said out loud "that's stunning". Lucky I'm at work early & nobody else is around, otherwise it would have been a little embarrassing.
Brilliant photograph Vincent - makes me really miss snowy winters. And best of luck with your upcoming exhibition; looks like some exceptional names on display. I would absolutely, definitely come if I was in the area but being on the other side of the world makes it difficult (and it might help if I spoke French
