I think its a rather nice exposure, lovely colours, tones and atmosphere.
The composition bugs me though. The orange pile of leaves on the right to me is making the composition off balance by the colour and maybe the image would be more impacting if that area were cropped. I think the asymmetry would be nice

I really dont know how to use my camera... what time of day was this taken? was it mid day?
If i took this shot for 8 seconds i would end up with a white piece of paper - not a photograph.
