So this is a really interesting piece. I overall really enjoy it, the curves flow nicely into one another.
What bothers me most is the overall chaotic nature of the shapes, and the high contrast only accentuates the somewhat confusing shape work. I think there's too much detail to properly demonstrate volume and shape, and some lesser contrast would help here.
Composition wise it seems a bit unbalanced, as the top is to barren compared to the bottom. This could be somewhat mitigated by using a small vignette effect on the bottom. A small gradient for the background could also help.
I enjoy the slight blur on the left arm, and I hope this doesn't come across as too negative, and I hope you can extract something good out of this critique e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

If it's not a problem with you, can I use this character design for an OC I created five years ago if I ever create an action film when I'm older?

The OCs I made up were created when I was ten years old with an Xbox Live friend while we were playing Minecraft on the 360. I never really did a commission before, so I'm not really sure how this would work. I've seen other people on here do it, but never did one myself.
