Ok.... they are very hard to see but there are 3 Elk in this picture
If you look closely under the road near the center you can barely pick out one of them standing sideways. The other 2 are facing away so one can only see there behinds, lol.
They didn't seem to mind me sharing the field with them.
I've always wanted to capture wild animals under the Northern lights but it soooo hard.... it's that darn darkness thing, lol.

I always get the odd sense I'm prey without the propper use of eyeballs. We're lucky there are a whole lot of things out there that view us as a midnight snack, lol
