Personality/Background:

Maggot is a big, lazy, fat ass.
Changelings are a type of parasite who magically feeds on others emotions so technically they don't need to eat other materia, most changelings never feel the urge to either. It seems however that Maggot never got the memo as he sort of acts as the hives personal garbage disposal, eating whatever creature that happens to "expire" whitin it's walls. Maggot doesn't really care what he ingests as long as he has something to chew on.

Most changelings find him highly unnerving and unsettling because of this strange behaviour. Of course it doens't help that he finds their fear amusing and often threatens to make one of his hive mates his next meal.

To top of his gluttony he is also highly lazy and prefers to just lounge or nap instead of working, much to his mother's distaste. Chrysalis sees potential in him as he has some pretty decent draconequus magic running through his veins, however his lack of interest makes her life difficult when she tries training him for war. She is way more pleasant and lenient towards him than his sister as she still hopes to get some good use out of him eventually. She still screams and orders him around however it's not quite as vicious and heartless as her behaviour towards Parasite.
He knows his mother's threats are mostly empty so he has learned not to listen too much to her.

Besides magic Maggot has some incredible physical strength and has on multiple occasion left some workers embeded in a stone wall whenever they were bothering him or when his mother sends particularly stubborn messangers to get him.

Maggot enjoys feeling on top and in control of every interaction, he feels good when he has the upper hand and enjoys scaring others way too much. He pushes buttons, make threats and displays his strength just to get under others skin and make them feel bad or uncomfortable. However if someone doesn't react the way he expects he will be left feeling rather puzzled and if they then come of as authorative he will in turn become very submissive showing that his feelings of superiority and boldness is extremely shallow and can be crushed within seconds by the right person.

Unlike most changelings he is really, REALLY bad at transforming, always keeping his own colors and some of his features anytime he does, of course making it a really crappy disguise.

On the other hand, as mentioned before, he does posses some decent draconequus magic making himself and other things able to float, make inanimate objects change shape, pause time for a few seconds and his specialty: making portals.
Portals are his favorite to play around with as they allow him to travel long distances within a few seconds, or makes him able to grab things from another part of the hive he couldn't be bothered to walk to. He also enjoys throwing workers into them if they are annoying him whilst he is trying to nap.
