It looks amazingly horrific! Does it lure in prey with light? Or is it like a plant monster?

hey thanks Sort of like a plant monster, the insects grow out of its back and the creature uses those long white tentacle thingies to attract even more insects. I guess there's some sort of cooperation going on between them, the creature provides the insects with a safe place to breed, and in return they attract a prey for it.. somehow.. (this is the part that I left out and just kept on drawing : D )
