I started counting my reasons, lost track at 8. For example, he is extremely selfish with the rights to the music that isn't even his-- he stole Dazed & Confused from his bandmates in the Yardbirds (and he didn't write the song). What's more, when they politely contacted him and asked if he could just mention that they 'cowrote' the song (he had no part in its composure) he didn't respond, you know, seeing as he was super-famous by then and didn't have time to be a good person.

But then! all the rockstars have their own bad side... Jimi Hendrix didnt perform in Woodstock for charity or for free... He got paid lots to perform

I have 5 or 6 more reasons to hate him. I'm not saying he should be a saint, I'm saying that he gets a lot of undeserved appreciation. Jonesey was and is an amazing man, for example, and no one seems to care, just as an example.

I'd agree.... but I just can't stop myself from wanting to know about the artist themselves. It's not all bad-- I've 'met' plenty of my celeb crushes that way ^u^
