This fan art depicts the demon of the Void, Demeanor. His primary directive is to destroy the Tooniverse and remake it to be his own. In order to do this, he has to take over the Master Painter, leader of the Island of Art, birthplace for all cartoons.
He also has to create his own army. That's why I drew along my impression of an Ippan (the robot) and, uh... I don't know what the snake is called; I don't think I got that far into the story yet.
