Taaaaadaa a surprisingly simple question sent me down a rabbit hole!

For some context as shown here Starla from an early age (since birth really) has always progressed faster then her brothers. She started walking before them, (practicing magic before them), talking before them and etc. As such all characteristics pointed to Starla having the possibility of going to school earlier. However her parents.... were hesitant to say the least. How could their poor defenseless Starla go to school early? And be surrounded by all those bigger and older fillies!? (neverminded that Starla was technically physically bigger and mentally the same age as them) She cant defend herself yet. As such Twilight and Discord decided to keep Starla back at home until the boys were ready to go to school as well.

Draconequi are magically powerful and chaotic beings that don't adhere to the law's of physics or harmony as such there bodies are odd and mismatched, their behaviors are odd and they way they AGE is odd and entirely dependent on their state of mind.
