Fanart of 's fake Mantine evolution, the Electric Ray Pokemon.I kept the design very similar and only changed a few elements. There were no colors so I picked my own.

I tried for the Sugimori style when making this, and though it's my first time trying that style, I'm pretty pleased with it.
