Chocolate Diamond rules a single planet with two moons, fifth from its star and full of abundant organic life. Under her tutelage her Gems have built the great city of An-oon, a pyramidal construction that stretches four miles into the sky and is built of the finest materials. The murals that decorate the higher floors speak of millennia of kind and just rule, wars between the Diamond Authority long distant. Though very limited, the synthetic growth chambers on the second moon Brightone have steadily produced healthy Gems for many generations and the city is full of life. A Kindergarden on the fourth planet from her star has also helped to supplement the population of rarer types and excavation for deeper levels has occasionally revealed a natural Gem.

Chocolate Diamond is said to have a deep voice that carries her commands far through the city. The High Advisor Fluorite is often by her side, wrangling the thousands of Pearls that flock to admire her beautiful Ruler.
