Now that a proper Triv's introduction was made (here ; full story ) I can post these pictures 8D I drew them a few days ago but wanted to finish the story so I don't make my story super confusing again >w>'

Story time (for the 4th and 5th tree because why not - it's splitted and both parts should work as seperates)!

Triv didn't know what to expect moving in with Danka but she also didn't know how the whole moving out of Vlepping Isle would turn for her. She never worried much about that because whatever would happen to her could only be better. Danka was a quiet and apparently a bit socially nervous cat at first, but as days were passing and they got to know each other better, they started to get along just fine.

One day, Triv was sitting under Danka's apple tree, eating cherries and looking at the seeds carefully.

"Hey, do you think they would, y'know, grow into trees if I planted them?" she asked when the cat joined her.

"There's a chance, yeah" Danka nodded, looking at a few seeds laying in a bowl with one cherry remaining.

"Can I plant them over there, on the right of the house?" Triv asked a question after a moment of thinking, pointing at the spot she had in mind. There ws more than enough space for a few trees to grow.

Danka smiled and shrugged.

"Go for it if you want. Now we both live here so you don't have to ask for my permission about everything"

True, I'm free. A big smile appeared on Triv's face.

Danka looked at her, curious, but the dragon didn't say what was on her mind. Maybe someday. There was no point in talking about it now.

"Can you show me how to plant them?" the dragon asked again and when Danka nodded, she punched the air with a happy "Yeah!".

It was time for one of many new experiences awaiting her in the town!

After Danka explained her how the process of planting trees works, Triv rushed to Jasmine's Shop 'n Sell to buy a shovel, then came back home and started to dig holes for seeds.

The process of planting didn't take long and wasn't hard at all. Within a few minutes, Triv planted her cherry seeds, took a selfie to update her future orchard status and put away the shovel. Now she just had to water them and wait.

After a surprisingly short amount of time, the seeds sprouted and grew amazingly fast. The dragon kept coming back to them and was always amazed to find them bigger than the last time she saw them.

The first time they bloomed, they were still smaller than Triv so their little flowers were simply adorable. Danka was constantly surprised to find Triv around the growing trees so often; she seemed so fascinated with the process.

"I s'ppose you don't see people literally watching trees grow, eh?" Triv laughed in the answer to Danka's question about that. "See, I spent most of my life inside, so watching anything that happens outside is interesting" she decided to open a tiny bit.

"What do you mean by 'most of your life'?" Danka frowned.

Considering her popularity, the cat would've thought Triv's life was far from boring and she would probably do what she wants.

"Since I hatched 'til, like, two weeks ago" Triv answered casually.

"Did you hatch sick and couldn't go out?"

Triv kept silent for a moment, biting her lip. She didn't want to talk about it now.

"Nah, I'm a healthy dragon. Well, aside from these tiny wings, y'know" she replied "I will tell you another time, 'kay? No biggie, just don't want to think about it now"

"No pushing" cat shrugged "You want something from the shop?"

Days kept passing and Triv kept watering and fertilize her trees with care. She took pictures of them everyday but decided to not flood her Instagraham with all of them.

Then one day, she found herself again, sitting under her trees with a bowl of cherries, like the day she started the orchard after eating the cherries under Danka's apple tree. Her cherry trees were fully grown and in full bloom now. The dragon girl was overjoyed and very proud of the trees. Such a simple activity and yet, it brought such happiness into her life. Cherry petals falling down and dancing in the air as the sun was setting - it was such a beautiful sight.

"Triv? Are you okay?!" Danka approached her with a worried look on her face.

For a second, the dragon didn't know what she means but then realized, tears were running out of her eyes.

"I'm sorry it's noth... well, it's not nothing" she answered, letting out a short, shaking laugh while wiping the tears away.

Triv looked up at the trees in bloom and then at Danka, again.

"I came here from an island that doesn't accept dragons. Or in fact, any creature without fur. I was raised by a pair of snooty foxes, y'know".

The cat sat down next to Triv as she continued to talk. She was slowly coming back to her usual, calm and collected state Danka used to see the most.

"I have no idea how my egg even ended up there but they said, whoever found it, was merciful enough not to smash it - instead, they left it on the foxes' porch and they didn't break the egg either" she shrugged "I must've been lucky, right?"

She took a cherry petal off her face.

"They didn't know what to do with me and raised me in a complete secret. Whatever a small dragon needs, I was probably lacking it because for their status' sake they couldn't admit there's a lizard in their house. I was cleaning and cooking there and if they had guests, I was sitting silently in a small room" surprisingly, she smiled mentioning it "I liked those moments. That's how I discovered the internet and incognito mode".

She burst into laughter seeing Danka's weird face. She found it funny, especially with cat's expression not changing when a petal fell on her nose.

"I didn't want to risk them knowing 'bout me having social life on the internet, y'know? They would probably take it away but..."

I'm rambling about my past. Really, Triv? she realized and shook her head.

"Long story short is, they kicked me out when they were sure I could take care of myself so it's on me if something bad happens to me. I managed to sneak on a ship sailing off and here I am" she summed the story up quickly, chuckling.

"It's a m---" Danka started to express her feelings about the story but Triv interrupted.

"A mess, I know, but the point is - I'm happy" she pointed at the cherry trees surrounding them "I was never able to do this kind of things and now - I've got an orchard. And it's only a beginning, y'know! I'm gonna keep up with everything I missed during these years! Next on the list - cherry pies!"

I'll literally NEVER write a story about planting trees again, it was difficult oTL

Turns out I revealed Triv's backstory sooner than I intended too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't regret it tho.

I hope you like it!

Yeah, I really hope to focus on her positive story development rather than causing more drama in her life. And I know I tend to do that in my stories 8D
