If someone had her and wouldn't let her evolve and started to think of getting rid of her I'll would leap at them before they could release her into the wild or something and take the ds and trade her for one of my pokemon and see if I can get her to evolve or not.

EEeEE didn't take the body parts of a shiny Espeon. The parts grew painfully, replacing his ears and tail, giving him a look of being "stuck in evolution"
