Hi, I'm here to give you a critique!
First off, I'd say you're pretty good at drawing clothes and anime-style folds. I tend to overdo them a bit, heh, but yours are just great for the style (if you wanted to draw more realistically, you could just add more detail to them). I admire your 3/4 view eyes - anime or not, you drew them nicely. Keep it up!

Now then, to improve, you could add a bit more detail to the hair - even in real life, hair looks more detailed. You could draw more clumps of strands, and even individual hairs, just not too many of those. This here [link] helped me a lot actually.
Second, the girl on the left seems to be a bit... shall we say off balance? Her arms, hands and feet seem also to be somewhat large for her face and body. To set that straight, try drawing realistically for a change, and adding many details, noticing the kinds of curves that are made by the body in certain poses, as well as how the body aligns itself to keep from toppling over.

Just a side note, perhaps you'd like to add a background? It would sure put the characters and story into context. When I draw backgrounds (I don't draw them much, do I.) I try to suit the characters to the background, instead of vice versa.

In all, I'd say you're off to a good start. To promote your art, you could try submitting it to groups, where people will see it more.
