Description
One of my movie and novel idea characters, Comedy (my friend Teresa's character) fought and knocked out Sinoocrune 2 in her Sonya Blade uniform. The Finish Her is called out, and Comedy thinks of a better way to end this. She comes with a nice magic trick of putting a deflated balloon in her mouth and re-inflating it inside her. This is page 3 and the part where Sinoocrune 2 explodes after being popped by Comedy.Comedy Wins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fatality!!!!!!!!!!!

And the target of balloonality won't explode so you have to puncture her?

Well, in this case it is not a want, but a magic trick where Comedy, the female clown, inflates her victim by pulling out a balloon that is not inflated, shoving it in her mouth, have her swallow it, and then with a hint of magic have the balloon fill up inside her. Well, I just through in the puncture part, but they can explode to with out the sharp needle.

Yes that's what happens. She doesn't pop the balloon. The balloon inside will pop itself just like any other balloon would do that gets over inflated, or she just takes a sharp object and poke the girl inflated then the balloon inside would be popped along with the body. It's almost like the balloon got absorb within the poor girl and her body has a rubbery skin.

Yep, for most people girl doesn't have a choice. For one, I recall "Red Heart" of kid Quetzal, "Devil has her due" of Balloon tummies, well, most people share this. And, must say, I was into that a few years back.
