Description
Phototripode Navibucciporcus is a medium-sized creature that lives on the planet Raok in a system with a single star. It has five limbs (two pairs of front and one back limb), a pair of large eyes, a “light-feeding sail” (which is inherent in the fauna of a given planet) and blowholes, which are needed for the creature to breathe and make sounds. They live in the northern regions of the planet on plains or in forests.

P.Navibucciporcus is an omnivore, the only one of the genus "Navibuccina" (Horned Swallowtails) that does not produce the loud whistling sound familiar to its genus. Instead, the creature makes a sound similar to the squealing or grunting of a pig.

P.Navibucciporcus live in flocks, often accumulating in open areas in order to feed on sunlight. Sometimes flocks of these creatures can hunt small or weak to fight prey. If prey is absent, creatures can eat either corpses or plant foods (grass, shrubs, fruits, and so on). Sometimes the diet may include the young of various creatures.

P.Navibucciporcus is protected from predators by thick skin that can withstand strong blows from claws or bites. However, the creature still has weak points, such as its head (front side), which during an attack the P.Navibucciporcus usually covers for defense purposes.

In character, P.Navibucciporcus may be somewhat reminiscent of wild boars.
