I thank you... this work wasn't something spontanious except that I wanted to do something with the basic photo and the news item in our Dutch paper back then that Dutch teeners don't read quality newspapers - but watch more and more items on tv (and see this as true). It took a while but than I was satisfied with the result.

Corrosion, Deletion, processes of unwed plasma tubes into the muddy gear sprockets of virginal hips. In the right corner are Dung Beetles - carrying away a tv. - like they usually carry 'shit' and made balls of it to lay there eggs in.
It was a bit a part of the story. In this case they moving the autonomy of the tv ... away from the mechanised or tv-conditioned human. Which now becomes a kind of paranoid of missing his favorite live shows - or the oposite becomes aware of the time that he misses his real life.

exposed Movement - higher gears - chear the speed and the need of- spreading the wings - the urge to sing freedom - yet still attract to the rotting - as common housefly. The eye-beams flicker the reflection of the mind on the screen - how would it have been if I wasn't a machine - Yet insect - robotic nerves and senses - alive - commited to survive - another day in the decay - till the dung beetles carry the leftovers of me - the empty metal shell - away.
