Inspired by episodes 1 and 3 of SMA.
Do yourself a favor... watch it!
I think the timing of this is just right. The other day I saw the episode of "Family Guy" where Peter had a stroke, then I saw the new "Updates" today, [link] so... here it is. The reactions from all those characters are similar.
It was hard finding a good picture, so I worked with what I had... YouTube and Wikipedia.

I wanted to do something with that picture for a while. The hard part was the text. Your sketch gave me an idea. I'm thinking of dressing my facebook friends as the SMA crew... maybe.
