This scene was originally shown after Number 18 defeated Vegeta and only Kuririn was left standing. (the previous #18 i dre last time looks older than shes supposed to be hehe)
(well, the things 18 said was just extra,not included in the story hehe)

hehe, he did do that during the show too, what a wimp! But I think he ultimately got what he wanted when he wished her to be a human

No. He merely ended up with the bomb inside of her gone missing, because Shenron couldn't grant his wish to make 18 fully human, but she was already partially human, reprouctive organs included, but Krillin didn't know this when he wished for what he wanted.
