Background:
He was an orphan kid. Originally from the slums. Anyway, as a kid he was always getting into trouble. Very inquisitive and figuring out how to create things to help him sneak out of the orphanage after hours.

Never expected to be adopted as he was alittle brat and not the quiet docile kid. Always doing or getting into something. Other kids might tag along but he was never what you call a leader. Solo usually with maybe 1-2 close friends.

Eventually a human couple came and spend time with him as they are looking for child since they couldn’t have their own. They liked his feisty attitude and inquisitive nature. He gets adopted by them. Suddenly poor kid meets rich environment. It takes him awhile to adjust. Gets snubbed by some other rich folks when he was in boarding school. Pretty much the kid that liked playing pranks and being the center of attention. He eventually gets into the swing of things. Obviously takes an interested in his adopted father's business/interests and went on to major in physics/engineering like his 'Dad'. Proving he has a fairly high IQ by getting through it with ease. He started working at the bottom even though his family had hinted at inheriting it over to him. He spent a good portion of his time when not working for his family, obviously traveling around (freedom... owo, ladies, taking a stab at being a rich)

He eventually rises to CEO position in the company shortly before his adopted folks passed away. While a few older associates questioned him as the head, he quickly proved to be a reliable and not to be messed with leader. He maintains the company’s vision into advanced weaponry and robotics. He tends to dabble more on side projects such as improving A.I. models, consumer friendly robotics and occasional holo tech. In other words, He is a big science nerd in his alone time. While he is very comfortable being the figure head and attends a lot of social events. The company eventually hired him a bodyguard who happened to be Wicked due to fears of other competitors getting their hands on him. He knows a lot about the current hardware as well as projects in the works.

This decision may have saved his life in the end as shortly after this he was abducted by an assailant. He was deemed missing not long after and Wicked was called into look for him. Wicked eventually gets Truth to help him in the man hunt although Sam would be missing for about a month. They did manage to rescue him although it was obvious the person whom had captured him had done some serious psychological damage. His assailant was never caught though it is presumed that authorizes are still looking for him. While Sam’s outer wounds healed save for the scarring on his one ear, his overall personality started to crack and he withdrew for awhile. He did get minor cosmetic surgery to remove any other scarring in attempt to wipe the incident away. He claimed to be fine and refused any further help on the matter.

He spirals out of control after coming out of withdrawal, while still claiming to be in control. He sorta shoved everyone away and was abrasive to everyone. It takes a full out brawl between him and his best friend while his other friends yell on the sidelines to convince him that he might need help. Everyone opts to hang out and just discuss events after things calm down. There are tears and apologizes all around. Sin manages to convince Sam to speak to therapist though it only lasts a few sessions as he doesn’t really get into it. He does open up more with his close friends and cuts back on drinking like he’s trying to drown himself. More or less, back to his original ways with less black out drunk days. He slowly but surely starts reaching out to old friends to make amends for exiling himself away from everyone.

Personality:
Extroverted thinker, tends to discuss things out loud to organize his own thoughts. works well with him being an engineer. More a solo person when it comes to work, so he bounces ideas off himself, might have an artificial a.i to chat/help him. May go and chat with someone if he's stuck on a project. He basically bounces random ideas off them.
Quick-witted.
He usually sees the big picture; explains why he is the heir to the company.
Doesn't often talk shop/work related things with others though. Tends to do and then explain after, seeming unpredictable at times.
Flashy dresser does appreciate good fashion sense. Things that grab attention, he'll notice. (Clothes, sounds, ideas etc) Tends to displays these things himself sometimes comically so (blaring music in his home, will goofing off in his off time. headphones might be hanging around his neck as he got bored listening to them so turned the home sound system on)
