I bet you thought the last set was lazy, well this one is perhaps more so. I promise the next sprites/pixel art I upload will be something more original though.Anyway, redesined my mane 6 sprites (again) to be modeled after some preliminary designs of the mane 6 done by Lauren Faust, because quite frankly I like them. Left to right we have:
Posey, Sparkler, Twilight, Applejack, Firefly and Surprise

They ARE largely just recolours/minor edits of the sprites I did of the ordinary mane six, but they were fun to do. I do like Twilight's colour scheme in particular.

Oh right, I wasn't sure given that I know nothing (or at least next to nothing) about anything before G4, like a lot of "bronies".
I mean I was about 90% sure they were at the very least based off some of the older generation ponies but I did base them entirely off Faust's art and not the actual toys.
Anyway, I'm sure you know much more about this topic then me. :3
