I took 3 walnuts, set them up on a white surface and photographed them! quite simple but i think this has a nice effect! My new favourite

I just hate walnuts lol I used to like them-until I found an itty bitty worm one once. Needless to say I was traumatized for life. Now I just open them up for people

Great picture, and amazing idea.... the only thing I can reccomment is find out how to eliminate whatever made that shadow on the right side in back. Really cool picture though.

I like the light it could be a bit stronger and have a more dramatic background but it is a great start. The compostition is very centered I think that if you could get closer it will be a bit better

I like how your background has a bit of variation, however the line of the shadow really draws the eye up onto the edge of the picture, and there's nothing to circulate the eye back around or down.

Interesting choice of subject for the simplism. I would like it better if there was some more focus on the texture of the walnuts, but I guess then you might lose the effect of the minimalism. All the same an interesting photo!
