Experimental colored sketch commission for Panoptos of their Adorably awesome character Namir!Okay. Is this sketchy enough? x'D I guess i finally managed to somewhat get to the part to call it a colored SKETCH.
And nope, those lines aren't traditional. 's a brush. Love it! <3
I guess the pose come out a tad awkward, but oh well!
But, i still finally got to experiment quite a bit, so that was a nice experience! I actually managed to do this in a bit over 2 hours, damn. I can never help myself to stop adding things haha. Though, i believe i made her look a bit too shiny hmmm.

There's so much personality in this style of colouring and shading! I feel it shows your style really well!
I loveee the atmosphere present here with the colours! It's so surreal and you immediately get the sense of being in a calm, quiet forest!
My gosh and how do you manage to create so many details with this style of shading? the scales are absolutely beautiful, the blurr of the wings has so much motion, and I love how the tail has faded into the background to add to the perspective!
The way you've used that pencil-looking brush for the details on her face and neck are really impressive! Especially with the jaggedness of the teeth and the wrinkles in the underbelly on the neck!
I love the way her body bends to! it adds a lot of composition and really gives it that organic feel! As though you've caught her in the middle of hunting and down her prey!
AH really this is beautiful friend! I love the sketchy look, Namir looks great in this style!
