it's really rather easy once you know how. it's all a matter of navigating the page.
1. go to the very bottom of any page on deviantart and you will see a button titled Help & FAQ. Click it.
2. one you have gotten to the help page, look to the bar at the left and find the contact the help desk button. click it.
3. once you have pulled that page up, choose the spammer category, then fill the rest of the form out. remember that you need both the page URL and the name of the spam account. i usually pull up a second page and use the second to fill out the form so i can keep the information straight.
