Arctic falling threw water~
I tried getting that water feeling, but I know I got that falling feeling down, part.
I Like how the shading came out, especially for the burn tool on the background.
Her white fur wasnt that hard to shade at all either.

I think for effect u should have put a stream of bubbles coming from her mouth. It would have made an even better water and drowning feel to the picture.

Her tail, the bottom of her shirt and the pendant help give the sense of weightlessness, her pant legs doing that to a slight degree too. I kinda wish her hair was following the same pattern, though; I think that would have completed the falling sensation, although I guess you want her to look like she's drifting rather than plummeting.
