Description
So a few years ago there was this fad going around called "Pokemon variations" or "Pokemon crossbreeds" where a Pokemon would display different physical traits based on their parents' species. I wanted to try drawing my own so I picked Snivy!Honestly these are pretty weird IMO and if I had more free time I would definitely try drawing another Pokemon species variation!

you know, i love these fusion like variants, but i am always miffed over how they don't do the rest of a line

I think it really depends on which pokemon you base the variants on since some work better than others, but I have drawn a few fusions where I did end up completing the whole evolutionary line, and then some!

I can tell you did lol! pokemon variations are frickin cool! I really wish gamefreak implements this idea of different variants of pokemon other than alolan forms!

I don't think Game Freak will ever implement fusions outside of what they did for Reshiram/Zekrom/Kyurem, but one can dream! I think the best we're going to get are Alolan forms though, sadly.
