There are actually some male ponies in My Little Pony. Also, I bet that what your covering up with paint is more than likely your signature/icon, as seen in at least one letter/note from your pictures, like that one where the guy in the green tee turned into a braided or something like that.

From what I can tell, most of the mane characters in MLP are female but, side characters are the exception.

Spike, a young purple dragon that is Twilight Sparkle's assistant.
Big Mac, Apple Jack's older brother who mostly says "Yup" or "Nope", though there are times when he would say more...like when he cross dresses.
Discord, a Draconequus who uses his powerful magic to causeΒ mischief (like chocolate rain from cotton candy clouds).Β Became less dangerous to the ponies after befriending Fluttershy.
Thorax, a timid changeling that took over the hive after convincing them that sharing love makes them more powerful then sucking it.

Virmare appears to have gotten along well in the Pony world. Although... She should probably find a way to turn back into an anthro fox at the least. Wait, what would her whatever-mark be? A burning skull? Flaming torch? Hopefully not some fireplace... She is NOT very welcoming.
