The cubes cores are filled with crystal dust that work as a power source keeping magic inside of it.

He's able to cast magic, however on a very miniscule scale. His accessories help him enhance the magic capabilities in order to levitate and perform in the sky. With the magic he owns, he's able to crystallize light, meaning he can make weightless crystals from thin air, as long as light is present in some way.

If Nester runs out of all magic that's inside his body and system he will eventually faint and even die, depending on the situation. Magic recovery works based on the hibernation cycle that at longest it may take up to 1 month per full recharge.

He can also materialize magic circles to enhance the area of the magic he uses during the performance, meaning more powerful patterns, for the cost of faster energy loss.

His prefered way of using magic is with performing bullet hell like patterns in the sky using magic, and eventually few physical objects like cards and Crystal Cubes.
