My first vector in a while, and it feels good.this is the first i've ever released that was made in illistrator CS, all my others have been freehand.
It took me 7 hours, and my brother wouldn't let me stop! he was like "bob didn't stop when he wrote like a rolling stone, did he?

this is well good, by saying you used illustrator does this mean you use a drawing tablet? i am new to vectoring and i started doing one with this pic in photoshop. i love the collar and his lips on this picture...

Great vector work. This is something I've recently gotten into. I appreciate the complements on my Salvador Dali portrait. A lot of time goes into creating great vector work, and that is what makes me appreciate it. I am curious though. I see a lot of smooth transitions of value in your work. Are you pulling it off through blends. That is something I have not really experimented with yet.

the area on the hair on the top right looks a little checkered, might wanna check that out. in any case, this is delicate. looks like a ton of patience as well.

its got good points but i think the shading has been over done it giving off a "traced over cutout filter vibe" but then i understand some photo's jjust have shadows like that but ive still never seen any that extreme. but if thats what you were after then its great. The top right hand corner where you have the intersecting paths looks a bit dodgy and the edges of the rest of the hair could use a little touching up also.

Yeah. By the time I was at the top right cornet, I just practically wanted to give up on it. I guess i was anciouse to put it out that I rushed it =/

This is definitely how i like vectors to be done, in plenty of detail and lots of layers, but the hair on the left looks like it's been rushed, the way the paths intersect each other causing those little bits which i hate so....
