Sometimes this is an effect of the angle- if you check out some KOs in some fighting games the unconscious character often looks like they have a smile. In the case of my KO poses here though I do admit to giving the babes a (very very) slight smile. I think it just looks good- I'm not into 'pained' knockouts, grimaces or dead open eye stuff- I like my KOs... um... tranquil.

I guess it looks more pronounced here 'cause I made her lips a bit parted. Usually I close their lips entirely, but somtimes it just seems right to have them pucker up a bit. Heheh
