Canon EOS 30D Camera + Canon EF 17-40 L Lens
Velbon Tripod and 3D Head
Used filters:
ND8 + ND4 neutral grey Filters
Cokin Graduated ND4 from up to darken the sky
Cokin Graduated ND8 from bottom.
ISO 100, f11, 17mm, 30sec.

Just one more question: could you also use that much filters if you were using normal filters?

The filter mass is never good. Not likely would I do this. more glass and filter in the way of light is always lesser optical result...
But in the case when I must, would I do it.
But better for me, as Photoshop...

I like this photo because not only is it unusual yet tranquil, but because I can think of two different ways of interpreting the title. "The right way?" could mean "which path leads to the right house?" or it could mean "is this the right way to live as opposed to having a conventional suburban house or apartment?"
Are those houses just for fishing season, or do people live in them year-round? I think it would be awesome to have a house literally on the water, but I wonder about floods and ice.

The houses are for Fishing, but many of them is liveable. I personally know a Friend, who and his family lives on the water, in one bigger house on a fishing lake.

Unusual jetty, maybe not for Hungary but something you won't see here - contravenes a few hundred council, state and federal regulations.
