Long awaited contest prize for TheSapphireNight
Holy hell did this take FOREVER, mostly cause it was my dumb idea to experiment with extremely complex scales and details pfftttΒ

Well, I'm pretty happy with how this came out, the background was inspired by Star Wars The Fallen Order btw (no I don't play it, my brother does but I love it XD)
Really hope you like this I put a lot of effort into it ^^
I also have a version without a background if you like, Sludge is more emerald in colour without all the effects over the top XD (cause it wasn't supposed to have a background, due to the fact that it took so long and stuff, I decided to add one ^^)
One down one to go... Lmao

I adore how you did the scales, experimenting with their size, and that glowing on the scales is sooo goood too! I also love that reddish color you added, it makes the drawing more interesting. And the way you textured the spikes, soooo goooood!Β

I got kinda frustrated with the red to begin with tbh, i tried doing it with the original emerald colour but it didn't look right X'D so i kept the red version putt
