Ghosteon is a fake Eeveelution (by me, of course).His emotions appears on her front-stone (they rarely appear on her face).
The fur of his neck is formed of a poisonous gas: carbon monoxide and anyone who makes him a hug can die of asphyxiation in a few seconds, so be carefull.
Ghosteon, as its name suggests, is a ghost-type and wanders the cemetery at night. It feeds the vital energy of his victims, often humans.
Eevee evolves into Ghosteon if it goes up a level in a cemetery.

I like your idea of Eevee evolution. Very original, specially because thereΒ΄s nothing creepy or macabre in Pokemon jaja.
I like the way you use colors and the effect of light and shadows, particularly in the fur of the neck it really makes it look like smoke.
