ok, I didn't comment on the rest of the set with igor because I couldn't think how to phrase what I was thinking - but seeing this picture crystallised my thoughts.

firstly, he's a nice model - I mean he's got an interesting face and a nice physique. He looks good in speedos, and probably would look better without.

but - and sadly there has to be a but. He seems averse to looking into the camera. I don't know if that was the plan, but it gives him a vacant, odd look. I don't want to be unkind, but it makes him look at best, as if he doesn't want to do this, and at worse as if he's a little simple.

I like to think when I'm looking at an image like this that the camera has caught what the model is thinking, but the only thing I think when I look into those eyes is "help get me out of here".
