One of the spontaneous snapshots of 17 year old Sergei Yaroslavtsev, taken in between the great photo shoots Andrei Yaroslatsev took of this promising natural talent. Apart from an exceptionally talented model, Sergei has been a dedicated natural culturist. To maintain and develop his great shape, he has been working out from his 16th year on. Eating enough protein comes with the job. As the (misspelled) title of this sympathetic shot states, it’s Porridge not Steroids which is on the menu. In October of the same year of this shoot Sergei participated in a Perfect Abs contest in his hometown Saint Petersburg. At the Open Championship of the Novgorod region, September 23rd 2017, 23 year old Sergei would win 1st Place in his category Over 175 см as well as Absolute, showing the most perfect shape and proportion!
