That old saying, "If you don't have anything good to say, then just don't say anything at all" is the best way to go in my opinion.
I don't know what Vish's music preferences are, but it could be that this "mysterious title" comes from a song by the German thrash metal band "Destruction" from their album "Cracked Brain". "Time Must End" is taken from the album. And the young man in this photograph with the long black hair kinda mimic's the band members' look, though he's a lot more sweet and innocent looking. Of course, I'm just guessing about Vish's title.

I prefer the saying "If you dont want to get criticism for your work, then dont post it publicly on the internet".
Anyway, he hasn't complained about what I've said, so I assume he doesn't mind/care.
And thank you for clearing the name up for me, it actually goes a long way to clarify this; I thought he was just being needlessly artsy and trying to pass this off as some profound piece of art with a hidden message, when in fact it is just soft-core porn.
Which brings me back to my first point; there's a time and a place for porn, its not on DA.
If you want to take photos of stuff, then there are plenty more things you can use as your subject and get the same effect.

Interesting. Lack of eyes reminds me of some pictures of women we see...seeing them as bodies/sex objects rather than people...kinda what I'm seeing here.

I am not even sure why, but I just fell in love with this photo! I love the colors and the way his torso and abs twist. Oh, and I love veins, and you can see them clearly in this picture. I just love it!
