Well, the pencils I've got have a bit of oily feel to them, so it mixes pretty well & looks smooth.
Btw, I'm not very good at giving tips. I've learned it all by trial n' error n' lotsa experimenting. So I generally tell everyone to do exactly that... so they could find out their own ways to get it done!!
Tell me your way, then maybe I could tell you if you're doing anything wrong... hows that sound??

This is wonderfull! You're so talented! Look at those eyes! In my opinion, eyes are very difficult to capture with colored pencils, but with this drawing, it seems like it's so easy XD Beautiful, love to so more from you!
