Extremely powerful, it awakened some similar feelings i had around that age - so you can probably imagine how emotional it made me. When i could finally look at this picture for more than a couple of seconds, i was astonished to see it it not a photograph. A superb piece of art, incredibly rendered and a subject that literally moved me to (many) tears. If the point of art is to make an impact, you suceeded immensely.
Part of me woud like to favorite this one, but i don't feel i could stand the inner turmoil i would get every time i log in, so this comment will have to suffice. A brilliant piece of work.
