Fantastic theme! I have been using a few days and the little bit of color on the top of the title bar makes it easy to see and use. Great work!

very nice. the only 'complaint' is why does the menubar have white font?.. thats not very usable.

The Menubar is normally in a light Grey. You can see it very clear when you screen is right calibrated. t

Beautiful work and this is better than a straight port of the Windows version. I want this! And I want an Openbox port! Too bad I can't use Emerald on a regular basis (compiz cuts into my framerate on 3d games etc).

I think everybody knows, that this officially belongs to the Gaia 08 Suite.
So where is the point? I build a whole Gtk and Emerald Theme for this year Gaia. And didn't just copy the whole Windows thing.

I don't know what you want from me. I never did anything wrong and you are just blaiming me, because I didn't just port the whole thing from the ground? Sorry I don't understand where I did wrong. Sorry to hear that you have a different opinion.

I do like your stuff and will still be watching you, but when you do something that is inspired or pretty much a port of someone's work regardless of what small differences it has, give them the credit. Don't just throw a general statement like, oh this is for the GAIA stuff.

That is the golden rule, which means naming names. Make the people who see it know firsthand that those ideas are not yours, unless you built the entire idea yourself from ground up. You'll get more respect when you identify specific persons.

The gaia project never ceases to amaze. I still don't like the low contrast fonts, but it is easily fixed. Looking forward to this.

No problem. I'm curious though, I know you've said that the panel at the top is gnome-panel, but how did you get the little dips and bumps in there, in true GAIA08 style? Usually, the gnome-panel can only handle flat panels.

I simply worked with a background Image and several Starters as Menu Button for Example. That is the whole magic.
