I finally drew and colored Skeleton King!!!
I feel awesome that I managed this (and I must say I think my Photoshop and drawing skill are improving). It took a long time to get his stupid hands drawn right and don't even get me started on his head X_X though I am sooooo happy on how Shuggazoom came out seeing as I hadn't drawn more than a circle for its location on the original sketch. Well this is the last SRMTHFG fan art for a while and I think you have had enough of my babbling so just enjoy the pic and please comment. ^_^
(If you have never heard of Skeleton King, he is from a show called Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go! or just SRMTHFG)

You know something? I only recently just got back into watching SRMTHFG cause of my interest in SR-77 but one thing I never realized all those years ago when it first came out was this.....THE ACCURSED SKELETON KING IS A FREAKING LICH?! << Adventure Time opened my eyes to see exactly what The Alchemist relaly became, anyways this pic is just mighty well clear in its intent

Yeah, but SK was the original awesomeness. Adventure time just sorta a rip off of everything awesome though I did think of this show when I saw those episodes with the Lich King XD

I just made a 4in by 4in square, made three or four so layers, eyedropper the right colors from the real Citadel of Bone in the show, used the gradient tool and made random jagged sections from each layer. Then you just merge them all and expand the right size on the pic (the expanding also gives it the nice blurred effect with out using the blur tool)

Thanks, I did it in the style of the show which requires no shading on the character other than the eyes (though I did add the darkening toward the bottom) and a more complex background.

Well I drew a copy on just normal paper, then scanned it in and used Photoshop CS5 which you can download a 30 day trial of off Adobe.com, from there its just practice and the use of screen caps to get the coloring just right.
