With very little effort, this could be turned into a regular boot for Vista, with animation. I could prolly port it to notskernel.exe in XP as well. I don't understand why people keep posting boots that use 2nd party software. It makes your screen jumpy half the time and constitutes, in my opinion, one more way for things to go wrong.

Run program as administrator and clic in Boot Screen
