Its quite simple my dear, some people make accounts just for the purpose to be posted as a funny picture that shows up in people comments. All you have to do is find them, they usually end with "plz" in their name. So you first find the account you want, type :icon__________: and in the blank add the username.
And you get this

or whatever. I hope that made sense

haha exactly my dad actually showed the game to me, he found in the orange box when it first came out, his original intention was to get Half Life Two Episode Two and he saw the orange box and was like well why not try out these other games and ever since I was in love with Portal and TF2
