Stock from Virgin-Stock.Amazingly, I actualy made the scars and puke-yellow tissue on her face with a tutorial I accidently made up, it's aprety nifty for simply bloody scars. It dose not work with every image though.
If there is anywhere to submit tutorials someone let me know so I can do so.
