A very appealing photo, with the horizon and sun perfectly centered - well composed. I also like the diagonal coastline, and how we can see some of the beach and the city.
The HDR is effective - not overdone, while bringing out details and contrasts in the sea, sky and sand.
The seagull itself - this looks good, but I would like it to take up more of the frame, although I know this is difficult to time. It is impressive that you have managed to light up the seagull despite its being between you and the sun.

This is absolutely beautiful! I love the motion and the feel of the image. It is a beautiful sunset, in a beautiful place and the addition of the bird is just wonderful! Nice job!
