this person's gallery is riddled with illegal images, some of which were taken from other deviantart fanartists. There's quite a list.
After trying to talk to this person peacefully, he screamed at me (he was falsely polite in the beginning) calling me names of various swear words and blocking me.
I am notifying all of the stolen art I can find. This thief has been caught on multiple occasions and doesn't seem to stop. (and I'm not even counting all the screenshots in the gallery... I don't really care if people post screenshots, though I don't do it) Even if you ask him to credit you, that will not stop him from doing it again.
If you're OK with my request, please report this person's stolen deviation. He should not be allowed to steal from anyone, and this is a cute picture. You worked hard on it. Help to put a stop his constant stealing.

Wow, I love the action that you have going on around this. Gives the impression of the tortured soul doing as he knows he should and will, but that there is more than meets the eye with him! Nice job!

still unsure of the mask. i was exspecting a luchadore mask. plus he's british not mexican or cuban :/ well....atleast he might be taken seriously unlike that shitty movie batman and robin which was a joke. the mast was bad ass but he was just a dumb drone who repeats words.

Bane may have been a Luchadore at one point but when we and Batman meet him he`s a ruthless Terrorist Mastermind/Mercenary Gangleader so him dressing like a Luchadore would be silly and distracting for Nolanverse Bane ! The gas mask and straps look more like something a real Terrorist Merc would wear while also looking stylized enough for Bane to work as a Supervillain ! Also , he`s a South American Carib of English and Spanish descent from the fictional island nation of Santa Prisca , not Mexican or Cuban ! And , for those complaining about Hardy`s skincolor Bane was originally Caucasian with long Brown Hair and a very slight tan in The Comics , his more stereotypically Hispanic look came later ! Don`t believe me ? Look it up ! BTW , pale-skinned Hispanics are far from a rarity , especially in South America and Spain !

I actually dig the mask-it looks almost like a torture device, which makes it kind of ironic that he uses it to relieve his pain. And since there is no tube in the back like in the comics it means Batman has to get much closer and more personal if he wants to cut him from his drug supply.

The story is that some time before the movie he was injured, and the mask supplies him with gas that kills the pain from his injuries-hence its gas mask appearance. And the actor, Tom Hardy, is British, so it makes sense he would sound it.

not even a steroid-just a pain killer; there was a scene in the teaser that got released where someone asks him if they can take the mask off, and he replies "it would be very painful." Given Nolan's taste for semi-realism, I doubt we will see this version of Bane pump up to superhuman size.

I actually like this version of Bane, despite all the complaining other people have done. The mask almost looks like a torture device, which makes it ironic that he relies on it to survive. And I like how he is obviously muscular and powerful, but not so huge and bulky that he would be slow and weighed down-he'll be able to match Batman move for move. And I think Hardy is THE choice because Bane is a physical character, and Hardy is a very physical actor. He will own this character.

This bane was absolutely amazing. I loved his costume design, his mask (far more cool compared to a wrestler-like one), his mannerisms, and most of all, his voice. The way he speaks, the ups and downs of his voice, the sadistic yet level-headed calmness twisted into it.
I actually found his voice to be one of my favorite parts of the movie (which was overall fantastic beside the plot holes, etc). His actor was superb! I understand those who are into the comics might be taken back by the mask change, but the fact that they made him smart/clever and an awesome villain makes him a favorite in my book.
What can I say? I love it when I see a plan coming together!

Tom Hardy was a good choice for the character. Where most actors use facial expressions or voice tones to convey a character, he uses body language-important for a guy who wears a mask all the time. He made Bane into a hulking, lumbering menace, far closer to his comic book incarnation. And I admit without shame that I shouted "YES!" when they recreated the iconic Breaking of the Bat.

Many people criticized the mask, but I immediately thought it worked well from that point. He could still convey with his eyes, even if he relied mainly on physicality for the role.

Read what they said about him in Empire Magazine. It's terrifying. They said that mask is supposed to block out the pain from an old injury. And he has an insanely brutal fighting style. He is going to twist Brucie's shit up.
