Yeah so I got bored. this was supposed to be a character...but it never happened...so I just drew a random merman....aint he colorful? ^w^
With colors like that, he could be gay pride! WOO!

I really like the fluid pose and mischievous look you gave him. As for the colors, the Rainbow was around LONG before it became adopted as a symbol for gay pride.
