Story:
After finally being defeated by Prototype, Equinox starts to fade and disappear leaving nothing but a group of his nanobots. After a few years of being dormant Equinox’s nanobots were reactivated when a stray lightning bolt hit the ground. Now awaken they start endlessly searching for their body, when they stumble upon a burning building and a body falls onto them. The nanobots thinking that this was their body begin to find their way into the burnt man and he jolts up. The man gets hospitalised and when the man gets out of his hospital bed he looks into the mirror on the wall, his eyes glowing green but a thought came to his mind. This isn’t my face, but these weren’t the thoughts of the man himself but of the nanobots, the thoughts of Equinox. Before his eyes the man’s face morphed into the face of Michael Payne AKA Equinox and with this Equinox has a new body and speeds off into the darkness.
