wow, you are able to do these things so fast. can't wait to see the finished product of this guy.
i was wondering as well if you sculpt these creatures using a base or just armatures? thats what i'm doing with my sculptures

Not too fast, I'm working on this guy there are some weeks.
I use both base and armature, too. It would take too long to dry the midst and could crack if made in solid clay.
