First - this is a great picture and you are clearly an excellent artist - so it's very hard to give a critique of this piece! But you were humble enough to ask - so I'll try.
The composition is perfect, the positioning of the characters is nice and central. Their poses are good and realistic - with just enough dynamism. (The use of the cape to add movement is especially well planned.) Your choice of colour palette is also perfect - with the soft hues and focus of the ship contrasting well with the greater contrast of the characters - which also helps draw the viewer's eyes to the centre of the picture.
There is nothing to fault with this picture, but to be super picky - I think the only space for any improvement at all would be to the anatomy of the characters. I think you could give Darth more muscular bulk - while Link could be a little slimmer. This would emphasise the difference in the characters' shapes and help add some 'drama'. But that is the only thing I can suggest that you might want to think about. Bravo!

Hard to say who win. Vader is a very powerful force to reckon with...but link has fought a lot of enemies who were faster, stronger, and more powerful than he was and over come them. So really hard to say who wing.

Hmmm... The Master Sword is a holy sword for purifying evil and given it's other abilities I would say that a lightsaber would not cut it so they could probably sword-fight. The Hylian sheild is similar and might protect from a lightsaber as well, certainly from force lightning.
Links fighting style in the 3D games seems rather reminiscent of the prequel fighting styles too.
All that said, to my knowledge Link has never shown an aptitude for the Force and that gives Vader the distinct advantage.
However, they are obviously fighting for a reason, in fact this looks like it would probobly be the scene in the begining when Vader kidnaps the princess to force Hyrule into submission.
From there Link must visit several dungeons (read planets), where he learns about the force and find the Master Lightsaber before his ultimate confrontation with the Sith lord.
...so, no. I think Link would win.

It would have to be the Hylian Shield from Skyward Sword and maybe Twilight Princess. The one from Ocarina of Time probably is not strong enough to withstand a light saber.

I believe Darth Vader is running and there is a princess tied up on the ship. Link is trying to make a rescue but he is a little late. And the final match is yet to come

Darth Vader can't destroy the Master Sword or Hylian Shield since theire both in indestructible and filled with magic. Link can absorb lightning by using the Master Sword as a insulator and/or conductor and redirect the lightning based attack at Darth Vader. Link's Pegasus Boots and Roc's Feather can outmatch Darth Vader's speed and agility. Plus Link also has magic based attacks and defense. The only thing Darth Vader can do is rely on his sword skills and use the force (which also includes choke hold) to his advantage. Otherwise I don't see any other option Darth Vader winning. This could be anyone's fight, but Link holds more advantages in the fight.

That goes also goes under the term "choke hold" when it comes to the force. Also it mostly usefully when it comes to a visable weakness in an opponent.

That explains it, but every boss has an advantage in every fight, until their weakness is discovered and exploited, which pretty much goes for the entire Zelda series when it comes to Link, and any other types of video game that takes brainpower.

Well, in Twilight Princess, the Master Sword is infused with light and glows in the twilight. Maybe it can take on a light sabre after that. Great artwork, too. You should do both princesses together.
